Saturday 12th March saw the organisation gather together, looking elegant in tuxedos & dresses, for their annual awards dinner.
MD Jamie Meredith presented the ‘Player of the year’ award to Lil McKechnie for all of her hard work, dedication and tenacity over the past year whilst the ‘Bandsman of the year’ was awarded jointly to Doug McKechnie and Katy Brownbill. This award was voted for by members of the band and Doug and Katy are still fighting over who has the trophy!
